Welcome address for IBBF website

It is truly my great fortune to introduce you to the website of the Indian Body Builders Federation (IBBF). Under my leadership, this federation got the impetus and the much needed motivation to be known as one of the best bodybuilding federations in India. I would also like to thank Mr. Universe – Premchand, Chetan Pathare, Pappi Patil, Vicky Goreksha, Bhupendra Dhavan, Lohit Das, R. P. Kanu and many others, for without them, IBBF wouldn’t be what it is today. It has been the collected efforts of my dear colleagues and I can proudly state for a fact that our association will reach far greater heights and will be a known name internationally too.

I would also like to take this opportunity to encourage people to take up bodybuilding, it is not just a sport but also a life transforming experience. For, I rightly believe that body is acquired only once, so one should take good care of it while it lasts. The regular workouts give a disciplinary approach towards building a perfect body and hence also the confidence, the recognition and the admiration.

I thereby request all the Indian men to take up bodybuilding as a sport, one that would truly give them national as well as international recognition. The guidance and support required for the same will be given right from day one. We are searching for yet another Premchand Degra, who will carve out a name for himself by bringing home the Mr. Universe and other international titles and also the much awaited glory to the country and enthusiasm for the upcoming body builders.
